Taylor Swift

So you know how everyone has The Weepies days? And that that can come in twofold, because they write really kick ass happy music as well as kick ass sad music?
So does Taylor Swift.
I'm sorry if all of my bands were ultra-hipster....up till now. I'm sorry to all those people who can't like something because its popular, but I adore Taylor Swift.
I was at camp when I was twelve years old (I think, maybe thirteen)
And I heard this little girl (little.....like eleven) singing Our Song. I thought it was beautiful. The lyrics were so adorable, it honsetly made me smile. The little girl wasn't even that good at singing but I came home from camp and bought all of Taylor Swift's first album (her only one at that point) without evevn hearing Taylor Swift sing.
Well, I was so right. Because that is one heck of an album. Picture To Burn to Stay Beautiful, it's all gorgeous.
If I was a guy.... I'd be down right scared to be involved. But then again she's like a stunnah and beautiful.
Then her second album came out and I bought it in the mall with my best friend, Chelsea.
That album got me through a lot. My first boyfriend, the happiness and how I would just sing Fearless over and over. Then him breaking up with me. I sat it the shower and sang White Horse until I felt some what better. As pathetic as that sounds, it's what I did.
And then the third album came right after the guy proved himself to be better than he could even know. It's amazing, I swear she writes about my life.
I love Long Live. I don't even know what it's entirely about but I love the line "how the kingdom lights shine just for me and you."
Of course she hits hard with some bad ass stuff like Better Than Revenge. Major props.
And I really just could listen to her for hours on end. No to mention her chords are pretty simple so an average guitar player like me can hit up all of her songs.
Gotta love it.
Advice.....if you're feeling like no one understands, Taylor Swift does. And she's written a song about it.
